Travis Daise, MD

Dr. Daise was born and raised in Goodland, Kansas, graduating from Goodland High School in 1992. He attended Kansas University and received a BA in Biology. He continued with KU and received his medical degree in 2000. Dr. Daise is Board Certified in Family Practice. He completed his three-year residency at the Smoky Hills Family Practice in Salina.

Dr. Daise believes that "managing your health care is a partnership. I like to provide information and recommendations to my patients, and then we, as partners, consider the options and make decisions together.”
